Meet Minnie

Minnie is a household name when it comes to real estate in South Florida. That’s because she has called Miami home for 38 years, and has been a full time realtor in Miami-Dade County for more than 20 years.

Minnie is among the top 50 realtors in Miami-Dade, a certified Luxury Homes Specialist, among Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate and is a member of the Esslinger Wooten Maxwell Chairman’s Club “Diamond Level”, representing the top one-half of one percent of realtors nationwide.

Minnie is a member of the prestigious Master Brokers Forum, a network of 250 top producing realtors in Miami-Dade. She is the Membership Chairman of the Advisory Board for this organization that was established in 1993.

Minnie is also a member of Pinecrest Market Makers, a 12 member group of realtors who meet monthly to review sales, inventory, availability and market projections within the city of Pinecrest.

Despite her busy schedule, Minnie makes time to give something back to our community. She was honored to serve on Vizcaya’s board of directors for four years. She was a founding committee member of Women with Heart, supporting the American Heart Association. She served as vice president of “Re-Capturing the Vision”, a growth and development program for underprivileged young women. Minnie is a past chairperson of the Red Cross Gala Auction, American Cancer’s 10 Best Dressed Women, and was the host committee co-chair for one of Dade County’s largest ever fund raisers “A Night in Harmony”.
