King's Bay

The King’s Bay subdivision is approximately 68 acres is size, and Deering Bay and the Chapman Field Conservation Area are located to the east. King’s Bay is bounded on the north by Mitchell Drive and on the west by Ludlam Road. A Florida Power & Light Power Station is located to the south. King’s Bay consists of approximately 150 single-family residential properties, and is essentially built out. Annexation of the King’s Bay subdivision was approved by the city in December 1995 and reconfirmed in March 2003. King’s Bay guard gate and 24 hour security service was up and running in 2009.
